Late Arrival Policy
We want everyone to get the full experience of their service. All appointments must begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed in receiving their treatment. If you arrive late, your appointment time will be reduced accordingly, and the full price of the service will be required. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
Sometimes life gets messy, and schedules must be changed. That is understandable. We do ask that you contact us to reschedule or cancel an appointment with 24 hours’ notice. If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, your account will be charged 50% of the total cost of services. If you would like to reschedule, you must pay the balance due on your account before you will be allowed to reschedule.
No Show Policy
You will be considered a no show if you do not arrive for an appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. No shows will be charged 100% of the requested service for the missed appointment and will need to settle the account before another appointment will be scheduled. $1 Dermaplane clients will be charged $50 if notice is not given within 24hours in advance of the need to cancel or reschedule.
